Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: - Analyze electrical, parametric and fab data to identify design, process, and test issues - Develop new analytics tools and implement machine learning technique to improve analysis efficiency and accuracy - Identify new creative and innovative ways to use existing tools to identify relevant process issues or device failures - Use the data collected inline to drive process improvements - Improve yield by standardizing methods and procedures to promote consistent, comparable and repeatable processes - Lead and coordinate discussion forum of multi-functional teams - Give input on design and process issues that are limiting device functionality and help the R&D team driving resolution to existing issues - Participate in transfer of new part from R&D site to manufacturing site - Good understanding of semiconductor processing - Excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills - Proactive and passionate about learning (training and coursework) - Expertise in device physics, CMOS operation and understanding on memory cell -operation - Work with new detection tools and inspection strategies to localize and identify process issues with the mentality of "how can this improve this process?" - Demonstrated ability to effectively extract, analyze, and report data usingY3/JMP/Python/PPT etc. **Education**: Masters or higher level education in Engineering.
