Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling and managing patient satisfaction
- Assist physician/consultant to conduct clinic management (professional training will be provided)
- Commination with patients and assist physician in simple treatment roles
- Performing clinic's daily operations such as registration and cashiering, maintaining a filing system, and maintaining hygiene standards
- Supervising stock supplies and manage clinic calendar
- Dispensing the powder herbs
- Planning, participating and actualising marketing initiatives
- Any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Bilingual proficiency (English and Chinese) and basic computer knowledge
- Experience in customer service and sales strongly preferred
- Willing to work in different branches, according to requirement

Working Hours:

- 5 days/week. 4 days during weekday and one day during weekend.
- Retail working hours: 10am - 8pm during weekday and 10am-6pm during weekend.
- Flexible break.

Commission based job, basic salary $2300 with commission (depends on personal performance)
