**Community Growth Lead Responsibilties**
- Understand the Crypto Community Landscape: Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and emerging opportunities within the crypto community. Analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with Other Communities: Cultivate relationships with various communities to foster collaboration and mutual growth. Engage in constructive dialogue and leverage shared resources to expand our network and enhance our brand presence.
- Manage Community Engagement Platforms: Oversee and manage our community presence on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and other social media channels. Proactively engage with community members, address queries and concerns, and ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
- Develop Results-Driven Retention Campaigns: Design and implement effective retention campaigns that prioritize clear and open communication with the community. Encourage engagement, establish trust, and foster a sense of belonging among our users to promote long-term loyalty.
- Drive Engagement and User-Generated Content (UGC): Develop compelling campaigns that mobilize the community to create UGC, recruit new members, promote our brand, and drive product sales. Utilize innovative strategies to maximize community participation and generate meaningful interactions.
- Manage a Senior Moderator Team: Lead and mentor a team of senior moderators and moderators. Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to ensure efficient moderation practices and a positive community experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, specifically managing communities on platforms like Discord and Telegram.
- Previous experience in crypto community management is a must; experience in crypto gaming community management is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Engaging and outgoing personality, capable of building meaningful connections with colleagues and community members.
- Assertive individuals with strong willingness to share ideas and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
