**What the role is**

We are looking for an individual to join us in our Quality Audit and Management team.

**What you will be working on**

As an intrapreneur, you will dream, plan, rationalise, coordinate and spearhead the digitalization initiatives centered around Quality Management System (QMS) and Internal Quality Audit (IQA). Knowledge on Design Thinking / Service Design methodology and tools to develop and execute the approach to derive current state gaps and challenges, and future state design and solutions are critical for the success.
As an advocate, your ability to engage different groups of stakeholders to seek buy in, drive and communicate QMS and IQA improvement initiatives will be crucial. You will harmonize QMS changes with relevant MINDEF/SAF directives, governance frameworks and other QMS processes. Ability to find common ground and reconcile differences to achieve common goals will serve you well.
As an enforcer, you will undertake IQA to strengthen your knowledge of ground issues, and train, supervise, evaluate and manage a group of auditors to ensure proper QMS governance. You will also support in sustaining the ISO9001 programme to maintain confidence from our customers, suppliers and public.
As an analyzer, you will collect, analyze, synthesize and draw insights and conclusions from audit findings, and other data points to formulate hypothesis and recommendations for process improvement. Giving up is not an option and answers will not be readily available from the textbooks.

- Highly articulate and able to manage diverse views and seek consensus through discussion
- Team player who can work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Being competent in the following areas are not necessary but an added advantage
- Experience in design thinking and data analytics
- Auditing skill and knowledge on ISO9001
