DESIGNATION : Senior Executive (11-month contract), OAFA

RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Office of Admissions and Financial Assistance (OAFA).
- Serve as the main liaison officer on admissions matters with the College of Integrative Studies (CIS).
- Arrange admissions and scholarships interviews across CIS and the other 6 Schools who co-interview with CIS.
- Handle admissions matters:

- Set-up and hosting virtual Zoom sessions for CIS faculty members to conduct applicant interviews.
- Contact applicants to inform them of their scholarships outcomes.
- Contact applicants to inform them of their interview dates/times.
- Handle applicants’ requests to change programme / appeal their admissions decision.
- Handle applicants’ queries.
- Support CIS’ admissions events for offerees and scholar recipients, by helping out with event management and support duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A university degree in any qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Meticulous, with strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task across different projects.
- Highly proficient with Office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Comfortable with technology tools such as Zoom, and willing to learn new systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to respond to different types of personalities.
- Ability to work on some weekends, if there are interviews scheduled on Saturdays.
