**Responsibilities**:

- Design & planning: to be capable of devising, designing and planning solutions that ensure the feasibility, safety and economic viability of the projects.
- Implementation and management: Coordinate all aspects of project implementation, including resource management, schedule control, quality and risk management.
- Problem-solving: To be able to quickly identify and solve technical and managerial issues that arise during project implementation.
- Communication & coordination: To communicate and coordinate with team members, clients and suppliers to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
- Learning and improvement: To continuously lear and improve the professional skills and knowledge to respond to changing market demands and technological challenges.
- Leader and Trainer: To be able to manage team works and assist on training/guiding.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Structural/Civil Engineering or OS/Structural Engineering Design
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Team player, meticulous and detailed
- Excellent planning and organizing skills and a result-oriented mindset
- Responsible, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
