Full-Time contract

Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Mon-Fri)

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently maintaining the day-to-day Green initiatives operations and administrative functions associated with the Mission and Vision of the company.

Communicates effectively with drivers, customers, and staff to provide maximum Green efficient service.

The role requires a detailed-oriented individual to maintain focus in a high demand work environment.

Bi-Lingual (Chinese) highly preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Coordinates the Green operations of scales in weighing and tracking, utilizes scale green programs in entering inbound and outbound loads.
- Interfaces with company drivers and third-party vehicle vendors to identify incoming and outbound materials.
- Manages receipts of green project information from customers, providing details of transactions.
- Balances daily task of transactions and ensure accurate recordkeeping of duties initiative.
- Handles basic accounts transactions.
- Provides recommendation to management on efficiency in Green initiative scale operations.
- Screens incoming and outgoing loads while directing vehicles entering and leaving the stores.
- Submits cancellations to management for approval.
- Submits notifications to management on special processing of green construction materials.
- Accepts and rejects C&D loads based on content.
- Serves as onsite customer service resource on all customer calls.
- May occasionally fill-in for Green information Receptionist to route all incoming calls, provide customer service pricing, etc.
- Participates in any additional safety training programs.
- Follow and support all company policies and procedures, including attendance.
- Act in accordance with all company green policies and procedures.
- Prioritizes daily tasks and serves as a contributing member of the team.
- Follows and supports safety and OSHA regulations and requirements.
- Perform other Green duties as assigned.
