Finance Admin Administrator

Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Inventory and Cash Management.
- Periodic Financial closing and reporting, includes bank reconciliations, intercompany confirmations, accounts schedules, analysis of expenses for monthly, quaterly, yearly reports.
- Involve administration work such as issuing of stationery, uniform, attend to visitors and handling outsource admin vendor.
- Assist in human resources such as checking on monthly attendance, overtime, door access reports
**Requirements**:
- Nitec or Dipolma in Accounting
- Organised and meticulous with good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office
