5 Day Work Week

Mon - Fri: 8am - 5.30pm

Location: 540 Airport Road

Looking for a motivated and initiative Administrative Executive to work for an established company in supporting the Sourcing and Supply Chain team in daily tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demand data manipulation
- Extract/upload data via online platforms (SAP/Jira/Windchill)
- Create design configuration/manufacturing documents
- Release design data to suppliers
- Perform RFQ/RFP, raise purchase requests
- Track status of deliverables
- Action on overdue invoices
- Maintain master document of contractual part unit prices
- Assist in continuous improvement projects
- Any other tasks that arise along with the progress and development of the Supply Chain team

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Basic understandings of engineering drawings
- Diploma in Aerospace/Aviation related industry

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
