**Responsibilities**:
**Operational support and efficiency**
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime
- Resolving equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maximize uptime of equipment to sustain equipment performance
- Execute new equipment start-up to support production, from facilities hook-up, vendor start-up, to acceptance of equipment for production
- Coordinate with process, integration and manufacturing engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives.
- Provide leadership in giving direction and systematic guidance to Technologists and or Technicians.
- In order to ensure smooth production operation _

**Budget Planning & Control**
- Liaise with equipment vendors and spare parts suppliers continuously to develop new methods to achieve low cost maintenance system
- Expected to involve actively in yield improvement, cost reduction, 2nd source suppliers and parts sourcing/testing, optimization of new machine qualification release plan and cycle time reduction projects
- In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of consumables _

**Improvement Projects**
- Monitor and control equipment performance indices and ensure data accuracy and integrity (MTBF, MTTR, UPtime%, Errors Pareto list and etc)
- Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly review methods of OEE management to reduce tool downtime and increase equipment throughput
- Lead Technicians to participate in all continuous improvement projects
- Develop and implement an improvement program of preventive maintenance task of machines
- In order to comply with policies and improve overall efficiency**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**:
Degree in any Engineering Discipline

**Experience**:
Diploma - At least 7-8 years’ relevant experience

Degree - At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience

**Technical / Job Knowledge**:

- Excellent knowledge of single wafer cleaner and also wafer fabrication

process.
- Knowledge of Single Wafer Cleaner or Scrubber will be beneficial

**Personal Capabilities**:

- Able to lead equipment improvement projects, cost saving projects.
- Able to analysis and provide root cause, corrective and preventive measurements using FMEA, Fish-bone Diagram.
