**1. Dishwasher**

JOB DUTIES:

- Wash and sanitize all dishware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand.
- Ensure proper drying and storage of clean kitchen items in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and work surfaces.
- Dispose of food waste and empty rubbish bins regularly.
- Refill soap and cleaning supplies as needed and inform supervisor when stocks are low.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks during non-peak hours or as assigned by the chef or supervisor.

LOCATION: Tampines / Jurong

WORKING TIME:
Tampines: 9am-5pm / 10am-6pm / 11am-7pm / 12pm-8pm / 3pm-11pm
Jurong: 6pm-10pm (part time)

SALARY:
Tampines: $2,060/month
Jurong: $9/hr ($11/hr on PH)

**2. POSITION: Kitchen Cleaner**

JOB DUTIES:

- Ensure the kitchen, equipment, surfaces, serving ware, and dishware are thoroughly cleaned and properly sanitised.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as washing, sweeping, mopping, and polishing in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Collect and remove all trash from operational areas and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Uphold a hygienic working environment by following proper hygiene regulations and company standards.

LOCATION: Robertson Quay / Newton / Alexandra / Jurong / Changi

WORKING TIME:
Robertson Quay: 11.30pm-7.30am
Newton: 11.30pm-6.30am
Alexandra: 10pm-6am
Changi: 11pm-7am
Jurong: 5.30pm-11.30pm (part time)

SALARY:
Robertson Quay / Newton: $2,000/month
Alexandra: $1,750 + $100 attendance allowance
Changi: $2,100
Jurong: $14/hr ($11/hr on PH)
