**Position: Singapore Local Boat Tours Travel Agent**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to curate unforgettable boat tour experiences to the Southern Islands of Singapore, ensuring a personalized and exceptional journey.
- Provide in-depth knowledge about the Southern Islands, recommending itineraries, and tailoring tours to meet clients' preferences.
- Manage bookings and logistics for Southern Islands boat tours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Stay updated on local attractions, marine safety protocols, and emerging trends in the Southern Islands tourism sector.
- Work closely with the team to design and promote unique boat tour packages that capture the essence of the Southern Islands.
- Work with Strategic Planning to expand tours to Eco-Tours at several of our inland reservoirs with our new electric boats
- Collaborate and Work with Mandai Zoo on Bespoke Tours for the wild life at Seletar Reservoir

**Qualifications**:

- Genuine passion for boat tours and a deep appreciation for the Singapore loca water's natural beauty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to create a warm and engaging rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in coordinating boat tour logistics.
- Knowledge of Southern Islands' attractions, lover of Nature, and familiar with local regulations, and boat-related services.
- Previous experience in a travel agency role, especially focusing on boat tours, is advantageous.
