[What the role is]

As a Lecturer in UX Design and Immersive Technologies, you will be responsible for designing and delivering courses in UX design, human-computer interaction, and immersive technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). You will also be supervising student projects in these domains, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to help students develop their skills and abilities.

[What you will be working on]
- Develop and deliver courses in UX design, human-computer interaction, and immersive technologies such VR and AR
- Supervise student projects in these domains, providing guidance and mentorship to help students develop their skills and abilities
- Collaborate with other faculty members and industry partners to design and develop innovative curricula that reflect the latest trends and technologies in UX design and immersive technologies
- Conduct applied research in UX design and immersive technologies, with a focus on developing cutting-edge solutions that can be used in industry settings

[What we are looking for]
- Strong understanding of UX design, human-computer interaction, and immersive technologies such as VR and AR
- Experience in teaching and/or supervising student projects in these domains
- Passionate about teaching and learning, as well as applied research
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in the fields of Computer Science/Engineering, Information/Infocomm Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Immersive Technologies, or related disciplines with relevant work experience.
