**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure delivery in accordance with SingTel/Optus IT’s strategic standards with essential quality in place via proper deliverables, review & acceptance testing.
- Drive Singtel design principles and strategy
- Work closely with different technical groups and SME’s to fulfil e2e solution objective
- Work with vendors (local and offshore), negotiating solution costs and ensure quality over their deliverables with proper acceptance, review & processes
- Ensure solutions meets all requirements including business functional requirements, IT operations requirements, audit and control requirements, etc.
- Act as a technical product SME on MicroServices and Security with Business and InfoSec

**Requirements**:

- The role requires extensive (10+ years) senior level experience in evaluating and managing technical, business and commercial issues and risks and the associated complexity.
- At least 5 years of Architecture skillset with proven delivery of MicroServices Architecture
- Ability to lead the development and production support of CS microservices capability and architect innovative solutions
- Strong ability to orchestrate outsourced delivery while working with technology partners to execute the delivery of these solutions.
- Strong knowledge on payment management and payment industry best practices
- Provide technical leadership and guide the team to work collaboratively with the vendors to deliver high quality solution, on schedule, on budget and meet all requirements
- Experience and expertise in Customer Relation Management (CRM) and/or Ordering (order capture, integration, channel support, orchestration), and/or Billing (Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Payment, Settlement), and/or Fulfilment (Service Management, Resource Inventory, Activation, Orchestration) and Networks
- Certified Solution Architect, Certified TMForum member (preferred)
- Technical knowledge on Amdocs CES suite (preferred)
