Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsible for managing Supplier Quality for OSAT Wafer/Final Test suppliers with focus on New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Drive setup of quality requirements at OSAT Wafer/Final Test suppliers for New Products (eg. Quality monitoring, Burn In, Failure Analysis).
- Ensure compliance to Test Certification requirements and manage certification review forums to drive for closure and continuous improvement.
- Manage quality excursions, perform Quality and Reliability risk assessment and respond to customer requests or events as they occur, working with key stakeholders including division, engineering, operation team to resolve issues in NPI.
- Conduct line audit at supplier, drive quality initiatives and systemic engineering solutions to ensure early detection and prevention of quality issues.
**Qualifications**
Certification as lead auditor in IS9001 and/or TS16949 are an added advantage.
