We are currently partnering with a leading International Bank who have a strong and growing Private Banking business.

They are looking to hire a VP - Private Banking Client Reporting & Delivery.

This role will be responsible for the following:

- Lead and drive the global refinement of Private Banking client statements.
- Engage front-to-back stakeholders to communicate changes and gather feedback.
- Ensure seamless execution of refinement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with external regulations, internal controls, and group compliance policies across locations.
- Manage governance and oversight of client reporting, including customized reports and reference letters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client reporting processes.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Degree qualified with 8+ years of banking industry experience.
- Private Banking Product knowledge is preferred.
- Proven experience in Change Management with the ability to drive innovative solutions.
- Client and outcome-focused with a practical, innovative mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of HKMA, SFC, and MAS regulations and private banking.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex operational issues.
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders.
