- Customer Service:
- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Engage customers in conversations to understand their beauty preferences and concerns.
- Provide personalized beauty recommendations and product demonstrations.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry developments.
- Have a deep understanding of our product range and their benefits.
- Offer personalized beauty tips and tricks to enhance the customer's experience.
- Continuously expand your knowledge through training and self-study.
- Sales and Targets:
- Achieve personal and team sales targets by actively promoting products.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant beauty products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive product engagement and conversions.
- Maintain accurate and updated sales records and customer information.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention and loyalty.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Assist in maintaining an appealing and organized beauty counter or section.
- Ensure products are properly stocked and well-presented.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities to create attractive displays.
- Collaborate with the store team to implement promotional campaigns.
