**Job Overview**:
Pulse Nova is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a creative thinker with a passion for both sales and marketing, eager to take on a dual role that blends strategy with execution. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by crafting compelling sales pitches, building client relationships, and supporting impactful marketing campaigns. You will bridge the gap between our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a seamless approach to expanding our reach and influence in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed Pulse Nova’s revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Take the lead role in developing proposals and presentations for new businesses to create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.Manage proposal response process, including detailed quotation, content creation, and inputs from various sources
- Generate new leads, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Collaborate with the product and creative teams to align sales objectives with brand positioning and product offerings.

**Marketing**:

- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as sales presentations, brochures, and digital content.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English are a must as you will be communicating with Chinese clients
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types.
- Ability to develop creative ideas and marketing proposals with a solid understanding of building effective frameworks.
- Exceptional communication across various channels, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Passion in Gaming & Esports is a Plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
