**Description of works**:

- Responsible for the development and management of servicing team.
- Responsible for the development of maintenance & service procedures required for authority approval.
- Knowledge of the range of fire safety tools & machines used in the servicing industry.
- Knowledge of constriction and marine fire protection class approval procedure.
- Will be responsible to liaise with authority for attaining fire safety equipment - maintenance certificate.
- Knowledge of local fire safety regulations relationships and work with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and parties.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships and works with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
- Strong project management & problem-solving skills.
- Study the fire fighting servicing business portfolio to bring value proposition & competitive positioning to the company.
- Supervises other regular employees during a significant portion of the employee’s work time, duties include planning, scheduling, assigning, reviewing and evaluating work, training personnel and disciplining staff.
- Liaise with clients for successful implementation & servicing of the fire & safety system in the specific frame.
- Coordinate the job analysis and arrangement with captains and owners.
- Teach and enforces safety regulations, and perform loadmaster duties.
- Engage in various marine and offshore projects for managing design, liaise with class for regulations

clarifications, preparation, of drawings documents for approvals, installation, arranging kick-off meetings with yard and owners side for the installation progress updates, project planning, procurement support, installation, testing and commissioning various fire production systems (HP & low-pressure CO2 systems, CO2 galley system, galley wet chemical system, Clean agent suppression system, smoke detection system, deluge system etc.)
- Closely monitor the updates in fire & safety regulations in the Singapore standard, marine & offshore sectors.
- Liaise with clients for successful implementation & servicing of the Singapore standard, marine fire & safety systems in the specified time frame.
- Arrange the maintenance team to cater for the service requirement in the Singapore standard, marine & offshore sectors.
- Coordination with the commissioning teams with the marine class survey for FAT & Clearance of punch list.
- Assist the manager in implementing cost-saving and process improvement strategies.
- Coordination within the department and liaising with contractors and other professionals.
- Oversee the work and prepare the method statements and all other site documentation.
- To look over the workforce capacity, site welfare and health & safety.
- Ensure the implementation and management of risk and safety work practise to reduce any interruption to operations.
- Costing and planning the whole project.
- Job quotations and take jobs from clients.
- Monitoring build-up and servicing of special fire fighting systems & types of equipment.
- Co-ordinate with the project management team for new construction
- Conduct inspection and commissioning of fixed fire fighting.
