**Job Description**:
This role is based in Singapore, and you will lead the marketing strategy and plan for the Carousell Autos business.
- As the most senior marketing leader in the Carousell Autos Singapore team, you will be responsible for making Carousell Autos the most preferred platform for car sellers to sell their cars on.
- Develop the marketing strategy, content and launch plan for Carousell Autos initiatives in Singapore.
- Make strategic recommendations, draft presentation decks and present to company leadership
- Manage the go-to-market strategies and be the owner of marketing related KPIs to drive the success of the overall business
- Build a strong marketing position in the competitive landscape against other platform competitors
- Work closely with the GM to drive growth and profitability for the business unit
- Need to be able to execute effective and efficient tactical campaigns via various marketing channels, such as in-house channels, digital marketing channels, social media channels etc.
- Drive operational excellence through reporting, campaign setups and post action reports. You will be fully accountable for your work quality
- Manage partners such as media and creative agencies or distribution partners for launching and managing integrated large-scale campaigns from BTL to ATL
- Identify new growth opportunities and be willing to experiment to scale marketing initiatives

Additional Information
- 10+ years of experience in consumer marketing or consumer branding
- A strategic mindset and yet being able to be hands on
- Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills with an ability to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly and concisely
- Experience working cross functionally with other teams
- Track record of proven success in driving marketing goals
- Ecommerce and/or automotive experience is a plus
- Experience with digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, Socials)
- Detail oriented and yet able to operate as a creative thinker
- Strong people management skills and experience
