Commercial Manager: Renewable Energy and Service

We help businesses save time and money by using our technology, market knowledge and information to allow them to source their energy needs in a more effective and efficient manner.

**The Role**:
AECO is seeking an experienced contracts and commercial manger to negotiate, manage and deliver AECO’s growing set of positions and contracts in our renewable energy division and manage and deliver our commercial partnerships for distribution for renewables and non-renewables.

You will have significant commercial experience trade ranging from negotiating contracts with counterparties and supporting sales and procurement teams through to managing the execution and delivery of those bilateral contracts. Working closely with our legal, sales and procurement teams you will facilitate the delivery of commercial contracts and manage end-to-end commercial risk and profitability. You will manage our register of counterparties and supervise our contract book of deliverables and obligations across a range of assets and services.

You will also manage our distribution and partnership program, managing the contract delivery and compliance and qualification program for our AECO Parter program. The AECO Partner program operations in Australia, Philippines and soon Singapore and will manager a large number of distribution agents and partners. You will be responsible to manage the commercial compliance and obligations of this program and other contracts of AECO.

Ideally you will be legally trained and have experience in managing and delivering on contracts in a face paced commercial environment.

Experience in the services or commodities business would be advantageous.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial contracts management.
- Experience in managing trade or brokerage contracts and general commercial.
- Legal or contract management qualifications or similar experience. (Law degree is not require although would be preferred).
- Fluent in Mandarin, and English (written and spoken) as some contracts will be in mandarin with Chinese counter parties.
- Technology savvy with experience in working with MS teams, Excel and advanced MS word.
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural work environment.

Pay: $6,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
