F&b Ambassador

**JOB TITLE : INITIA F&B SERVICE AMBASSADOR (Part-time)**
- **Salary**:_**$20 ~ $25/hr**_
- **Location**:_YMS,WOS, SPS, JOIE,KIMCHI DINING (Every potential Brands)_
- **Type of Employment **:_Part-time_
- **Working Days **:_Weekend (Friday ~ Sunday) & Public Holiday_
- **Working Hours **:_6~8 hour per day (11pm-8pm) Minimum 2 day per week_

**Incentives **:_Work more than 70hrs/month would entitled to $200 cash credits for Kolorist hair cut & colour_

**JOB SUMMARY/ JOB OVERVIEW**:

- We are looking for highly motivated and passionate people to provide warm, friendly and exceptional food & beverage service standards within INITIA Group F&B Brands. He / She will be assisting the outlet incharge to boost the sales of the Outlet while delivering an excellent service for customer satisfaction._

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Host & greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Well-versed with outlet’s products and services; can sell products when appropriate
- Provide high standard of service through active interaction with guests
- Adhere to the operations and procedures; and suggest improvements for the betterment
- Well-groom and represent the brands.
- Understand POS/ordering to ensure smooth operation.
- Take note of issues raised by restaurant/bar guests and escalate issues to immediate superior for resolution as soon as possible
- Assist Outlet incharge to promote specific menu/services.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Well-groomed and pleasant looking
- Min 1 -2 years experience in F&B /Customer Service related field.
- Able to build good working relationships and deal with different types of individual
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to deliver results with mínimal supervision
- Possesses a positive and confident personality
- Active & Bubbling/Outspoken.
- Good communication skills and Service Oriented
