Store Stylist for Flagship Store

**Job Description**:

- You will contribute to a great customer experience by _providing exceptional window presentation with elevated_ styling in both, _windows and indoor across all departments within your flagship store_. _
- Together with Visual Merchandiser Manager you_ will set a clear strategy and lead and coach the visual team through trainings to improve the window and _styling _level within the store. You will contribute to strengthen the brand position through the _fashion perception and elevated customer experience in the windows and indoor in the key location flagship store._

**Key responsibilities**:
**_ Deliver on g_**_reat customer experience:_**
- _ Ensure_ _you_ _are_ _up-to-date_ _with_ _current_ _fashion_ _trends_ _and_ _styling_ _techniques_ _so_ _you_ _can_ _anticipate_ _your_ _customers’_ _needs._
- _ Benchmark the styling level across the sales market competitors and identify opportunities accordingly._
- _ Ensure_ _you_ _meet_ _customer_ _expectations_ _on_ _direct_ _service_ _according_ _to_ _H&M_ _standards._
- _ Follow _up _the _H&M _Visual _Identity _through _implementation _of _the _Commercial _Handbook _and _secure_ _well-styled_ _GTL_ _mannequins_ _in_ _windows_ _and_ _in_ _store_ _and_ _make_ _sure_ _the styling is according to each customer profile._
- _ Coordinate and ensure the implementation of the special window solutions in collaboration with your Area Visual, SM Visual responsible and the Regional Stylist._
- _ Align and ensure a consistent styling level across the store and the different concepts_
- I_dentify_ _opportunities_ _to_ _increase_ _customer_ _satisfaction_ _and_ _sales and _perform_ _sales_ _follow-up_ _and_ _initiate_ _actions_ _to_ _reach_ _sales_ _targets._

**_ Support and develop:_**
- _Support and inspire your store team with window and styling trainings and educate them on seasonal trend information._
- _ Share, inspire and educate your team through kick offs and meetings_

**_ Visual routines:_**
- _ Follow up on the commercial routines such as store KPIs and initiate actions to reach store goals and budgets, adapt the store planning according to store needs and budget from the commercial plan._
- _ Handle and maintain all display material with sustainability in mind._
- _ Keep visual room organized and safe together with the rest of the visual team_

- _ E_xcellent styling skills & Knowledgeable of the styling techniques, standards and details._
- _Knowledge of the global customer profiles and fashion relevant for the target customer, taking into consideration local needs_
- _Aware of the competitor landscape and identify opportunities accordingly_
- _ Strong assortment curation that creates a commercial and attractive offer for our customers, considering the total offer in terms of product types, prices, fashion levels, prints, _colours_, materials etc._
- _ Strong presentation and communication skills with a good English written and verbal communication_
