**Health & Safety Specialist**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing advice and supporting on all electrical safety matters including the investigation of incidents related to electrical work
- Aligning Electrical Competency and Authorization Program (ECAP) program and subsequent changes with local business specific work activities
- Conducting ECAP Assessment to the Engineers and provide advice to LD managers for authorization
- Conducting electrical safety audits at sites to ensure compliance to ABB Way and local legislations
- Risk Assessment implementation: ABRA, Marine COP
- Supporting responsible managers in their duties in relation to the policies and controlling documentation
- Regulatory Compliance implementing policies and standards. Ensuring areas of responsibility is audited according to program audit
- Arranging and conducting HSE training for ABB employees and contractors
- Supporting ABB cross auditing and external auditing

**Your background**:

- 5 years of experience in HSE and Electrical Safety
- Degree in Electrical Engineering and Certification in HSE is an advantage
- Preferably ISO45001 audit certified
- L6S Green Belt coach would be added advantage
- Knowledge and experience for electrical safety management
- Fluent English in oral and written. Good at communications
- Willing to travel and support site activities
