**Research Officer**:

**Key Responsibilities**- Assist with the identification and recruitment of study participants in alignment with the research protocol.
- Facilitate participant onboarding, ensuring informed consent and understanding of the study procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, institutional review board (IRB) protocols, and data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with arts facilitators and program staff to ensure alignment with study goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate structured arts program sessions for senior participants.
- Assist with data management, including entry, cleaning, and basic analysis of research findings.
- Work closely with research team members to administer surveys, questionnaires, and other assessment tools with participants.
- Ensure accurate and ethical collection, recording, and storage of data.
- Support the analysis of research data and contribute to the interpretation of findings.
- Assist in drafting academic papers, technical reports, and other documentation for dissemination of results.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Compile findings for presentations, reports, and publications.
- Manage study-related communications and documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including community organizations, to ensure smooth execution of the study.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Arts Administration, or related fields. Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in an interdisciplinary setting with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in research, program facilitation, or working with seniors.
- Proficient in Mandarin/ Malay/ Tamil or local dialects.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in engaging with senior populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a research team.
- Competence in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong academic writing and presentation skills.
