**Summary of Job Role**:

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Support the Specialised chartering team to ensure uncomplicated voyages.
- Liaise with brokers / counterparties / owners / charterers with regards to operational matters on ships and / or cargo.
- Anticipating problems and finding solutions to optimise charter performance.
- Checking and monitoring Freight/Hire/Comm invoices and payments, liaising with Accounts.
- Time bar monitoring.
- Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

**Essential Skills, Competencies and Experience**:

- Experienced and confident within Tanker Operations, preferably with exposure to Chemicals/Veg Oils/Biofuels.
- Competence using spreadsheets, such as Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
