Beauty Centre Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
You will be managing the beauty center, including but not limited to working with the sales and marketing team with a membership drive. We require that our teammates are responsible, independent, and mature, in executing their tasks.
In addition, the ability to communicate effectively and confidently is a bonus. You will be the 1st contact window to offer and present our Beauty Solutions, services,products and consultation to customers, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills is an advantage. A good team player and the ability to work/ perform under pressure.
**Specific Responsibilities**
Processing and monitoring customer beauty journey, to ensure all consultation and treatment is on track according to timeline.
Work closely with the sales team to support their operation.
You will be managing customer service officer in attending to customers’ inquiries by providing timely service and administrative support, ensuring the customer experience is not compromised
Manage customer inquiries and expectations such as complaints, custom treatments that come through beauty consultation.
Refer customer after consultation to the sales team for upselling or cross-selling products and services is a bonus.
**Technical Skills and Competencies**
Well Verse in Communication and Time Management Skill
Have fundamentals of manicure, pedicure, skincare, facial knowledge
Education as per SGUNITED MID-CAREER PATHWAYS PROGRAMME
