**Who We're Looking For**:
We are looking for a Patient Service Associate who will work with our Operations team to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent customer service.

**Your role**:

- Handle appointment scheduling
- Process payments and invoices
- Arrange for deliveries of medications
- Assist with submission of claims for insurance / CHAS / Medisave as well as monitoring and follow up to ensure submitted claims are reimbursed to the Company.
- Provide other ad-hoc frontline support for customers e.g. customer registration
- Assist with obtaining and responding to customer feedback
- Provide admin support for meetings
- Assist the Clinic and Operations Manager to ensure smooth clinic and company operations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC qualification
- Computer literate
- At least 2 years’ working experience
- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks under tight deadlines
- Customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers through various channels of communication
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Effective follow-up skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, biomedical sciences, operations and/or customer service will be advantageous
