Mount Studio is a Creative Photography & Videography Studio that was founded in 2017. Our Studio is located within 6 mins walk from Marymount MRT, and relatively near to Bishan MRT.

**ADMINISTRATOR (Photo & Video Studio)**

We are looking for a Administrator with at least 2 years working experience and who is able to work independently. Some traits that we appreciate include ability to communicate well with different stakeholders, a positive attitude, organized with your work, responsible and able to meet deadlines.

You must have a background in Videography and/or Photography.

**Job Scope**
- Liasing with clients / client management prior to/during and after shoots
- Prepare quotations and send invoices
- Handle operations of the photo and video studio bookings by welcoming customers in and showing clients where the equipment are
- Manage and maintain studio equipment and cleanliness
- Prepare staff roster to ensure manpower is available to cover studio bookings and photo/video shoots
- Administration
- Keying of Expenses

**Work Days**
- 5 Day Work Week (at least a Saturday or Sunday in the work week)
- On certain days where the studio has no event, work from home is allowed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management & Admin
- Background in Videography and/or Photography and familiar with industry jargons
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Pro-active and a good communicator
- Excellent time management and able to meet deadlines
