**Role**:Technical Business Analyst

**Contract**:1 year Renewable

**Location**:Central, Singapore

**Experience required**:more than 6 years**Responsibilities**:

- The primary work comprises of requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.
- **Functional Specification**
a. Responsible to analyse and define functional and non-functional requirements based on the functional and non-functional requirement documents
b. Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements
c. Ensure end to end traceability from business requirements through to business acceptance
- **Technical Design**
a. Responsible to create technical design document based on the functional specifications
b. Ensure vendor implementation adheres to technical design document
- **In case of vendor implementation**:
a. Ensure vendor resources create technical design document
b. Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build phase (if required)
c. Collaborate with Production Support to establish IT operations procedures and document as part of Tech Design
- **Coordinate execution of threat modelling process**with assistance of Security Architect to ensure incorporation of safeguards is comprehensive in the solution
- **Testing & Scope Management**
a. Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and consolidate all the findings accordingly
b. Clarify test scope changes requested by Test Manager
c. Provide input to impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request
d. Work with Test Manager to review test plans and functional test scripts

**Requirements**:
1. You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application Delivery.

2. Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical/functional flows, end-to-end, within the project.

3. You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ownership and ability to question and understand processes.
- A strong & assertive communicator in speaking & writing Analytical mindset and good problem solving skills.

**Good to have**:

- Experience in working in vendor environment.
- Experience in data mapping.Vendor background in Actimize specifically in RCM/ActOne, UDM, SAM

**Must Have**
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle SQL.
- Good to have: Batch Scripting, Control M, DevOps.
- Database (Ability to use and understand for the purpose of analysis and design an investigation)
