Must have excellent tendering knowledge in construction projects.
- Manage and lead the project team and coordinating site activities and assuring that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the project goals and objectives.
- Lead to control the quality of production to exceed or meet the client's expectations.
- Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Ensure all authority related requirements are followed during excution of work, liase with authorities if required.
- Manage project scope and changes and escalate the issues where necessary
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Conduct management and project related training to the team members, whenever is required.
- Prepare budget and costs estimates, along with work time tables
- Arrange the work schedules, manage the costs and select construction materials.
- Monitoring and updating to meet projects completion targets and submit related reports.
- Arrange construction progress meeting with the team everyday.
- Develope and maintain a detailed project excution plan.
- Emphasize the safety of the whole project team through out the project as the topmost priority.
- To plan for overall manpower, machinery, tools, consumabales required for the project excution.
- Record and manage project issues and escalate where necessary.
- Resolve cross-functional issues at project level
- Liaise with, and update progress to company management.
- Provide regular status reports to the client as well as to companmanagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil Engineering, construction management or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years experience in construction experience in singapore. Should be worked Minimum 5 years experience in tendering department.
- Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
- Knowledge of jobsite safety practices required.
- Good leadership and organizing abilities
