Job responsiblity for this Technical trainee:
This role involves hands-on testing, operation of testing machines, equipment, accurate documentation of results, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to support product development and quality assurance processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Perform Product/System Testing**
Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests on equipment, components, or systems according to defined procedures and specifications.
- **Operate Testing Equipment**
Set up, calibrate, and operate testing instruments and tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, load testers, or automated test systems.
- **Data Recording and Analysis**
Record test results accurately, identify anomalies, and provide initial analysis for review by engineers or supervisors.
- **Support Root Cause Investigation**
Assist in identifying the root cause of product failures or defects during testing.
- **Report Preparation**
Compile test results and generate test reports for internal documentation and quality control reviews.
- **Maintain Test Environment**
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the testing workspace and equipment.
- **Follow Safety and Quality Standards**
Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and testing quality standards (e.g., ISO, IEC).
- **Liaise with Cross-Functional Teams**
Work closely with engineering, R&D, and production departments to support product validation and improvement.
- **Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting**
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of testing instruments and notify relevant personnel for repairs when needed.
- **Process Improvement Feedback**
- Suggest improvements in testing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
