Application Programmer

**Responsibilities**:

- Program, implement, maintain, and support Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Support a wide range of engineering activities related to machine development and validation, including mechanical, software, and electrical design.
- Perform necessary modifications to technical artifacts, managing reviews and updates independently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Escalate risks, issues, concerns, and questions to integration partners to eliminate roadblocks in technology deployment projects.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) of systems in collaboration with vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Building Automation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Proven experience in Building Automation System programming, maintenance, and support.
- Basic computer programming skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to work in construction site and factory site environments.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is an advantage.
- Experience with Niagara / Java programming is an advantage.
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
