**Finance Business Partner - Global Monetization (GBS, Singapore)** - Singapore Regular - Corporate Function / Support - Finance Job ID: A167888A **Responsibilities** **Qualifications** Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of work experience as a Finance Business Partner (or equivalent), preferably in the content, media, or tech industry, with exposure across countries and time zones. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field. - Proficient in data analysis, particularly in areas such as return on investment (ROI), financial modelling, and financial analysis. - Excellent communication skills, strong logical reasoning, and critical thinking. - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working across multiple locations and timezones within global organizations. - Proven experience in complex financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes and full P&L management. - Proficiency in Excel, SQL or similar data analysis tools preferred. - Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable. **Job Information** About Us - Founded in 2012, ByteDance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.
