Singapore 1728 DENTAL PRACTICE (ANG MO KIO) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:
General Function:

- Verifies clinic staff clocking and overtime
- Compliance with PHMC and MOH ethical standards
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic

Operations:

- Assist Dentist on the dental functions
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the clinic
- Timely and accurate submission on Dental Assistant evaluations reports
- Orientates new clinic staff on Infection Control Procedures
- Ability to lead all junior clinic staffs
- Manage work schedule of the clinic staffs
- Co-ordinates the day to day clinical function on your charge
- Participate in manpower planning of the clinic
- Arrange regular clinic staffs meeting

Procurement:

- Develop and maintain quality assurance program with Dental Providers
- Manage and purchase of dental supplies within the clinic budget
- Pro-active to meet with Dental Providers to improve/upgrade on staff service
- Clinic stock take and maintain good stock level

Training:

- Support and practice cross training of the clinic staffs
- Maintain and upkeep on dental equipment and clinic fitting and furniture
- On the job training for all new clinic staffs
- Plan and arrange for clinic staff up-grading / training program

**Job Qualifications**:

- Experience in dental industry would be an advantage
