**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**

Under ASIANOW strategy of SAP APJ, Partnerships are a beacon of growth. With our cutting-edge solutions, deep knowledge of Industry and business processes, we are placing a greater emphasis to develop new revenue streams leveraging the innovation potential of SAP.

Head of Private Equity & Venture Capital GTM role is a revenue enabling role responsible for creating Top-Down One-to-Many relationships with PE & VC firms and their portfolio companies to originate, influence, and generate exponentially greater revenue for SAP. The individual will have deep understanding of Private Equity fund and Venture Capital industry and lead the Go-to-market & business development activity for APJ.

The individual will be responsible for leading GTM planning, identifying regional campaigns and sales plays with our TOP Private Equity and Venture Capital firms in APJ. In addition, the individual will work closely with Market Unit PE & VC leads to build target PE/VC account list, pipeline creation and monitoring & tracking to drive execution.

Defining an engagement methodology with the target group and solidifying SAP’s value proposition/relevance and appeal to target market would be key deliverables.

Advanced GTM strategy, partnership and alliance management skills are needed to succeed in this role.

Strategy Development and Execution: Business plan development, documentation, communication and implementation

Community of Practice/Capability : establish operations and governance, syndicate business planning and execution capabilities. Able to deliver clear, convincing and well-organized presentations.

Project credibility even in highly visible and/or adversarial situations.

Personalized yet scalable engagement methodology development.

Knows how businesses work; knowledgeable about current and possible future policies, practices, trends and information affecting the business; knows the competition; is aware of how strategic and tactics work in the marketplace.

Able to plan, organize and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.

Marshal resources effectively and efficiently (people, funding, materials, support).

Customer/Partner Interactions both internal and external Mobility

Ability and willingness to travel on a regional basis

**Experience & Educational Requirements**

Experience in PE/VC/M&A/Investment Banking (5+ Years)

Worked in technology industry (5+ Years) Work experience in management consulting or general management (5+ Years)

Experience working in Asia Pacific and Japan

Strong knowledge of SAP offerings (including Service and Support)

C-level executive writing/presence/acumen Business level English: Fluent Local language: Fluent, Business Level Education Bachelor equivalent MBA preferred
