**Overview**:
The People Solutions Consultant (PSC) is a strategic HR partner and change agent, supporting business functions with enterprise-wide HR initiatives, employee relations, and organizational development. As a trusted advisor, the PSC balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution to enhance the employee experience and drive business outcomes.

**What You'll Do**:
**Employee Relations**
- Support employees across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations cases and investigations
- Provide performance coaching and policy guidance
- Ensure legal and regulatory HR compliance

**HR Initiatives & Projects**
- Lead and support key HR projects and process improvements
- Collaborate with COEs and business partners to deliver scalable solutions
- Analyze HR trends and develop data-driven programs and policies

**COE Liaison**
- Partner with COEs (Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to optimize people processes
- Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries and resource navigation
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes

**Manager & Individual Contributor Support**
- Coach and develop employees and managers
- Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
- Identify training needs and implement targeted development programs
