**EP&I Infrastructure Manager, APAC** The EP&I Infrastructure Manager ensures overall delivery of IT infrastructure products and services - connectivity, cloud, compute, site digitalization - are carried out effectively and efficiently across all the Asia Pacific countries. This position also acts as the single point of contact for escalations related to Infrastructure Services Delivery and Provider Management. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Leads the APAC Infrastructure team. Manages the portfolio of Infrastructure products and services (example SDWAN, SASE, WAN, LAN, Wireless, Server, Compute, SAN, Storage Cloud) covering all countries / sites in APAC. - Applies ITSM principles in the management of incidents / requests relating to infrastructure in the APAC region, and to ensure the issues are resolved as quickly as possible. - Contributes and executes global / regional infrastructure projects in close alignment and coordination with the central HQ teams. - Collaborates closelywith regional and global colleagues at operational and managerial level. - Serves as a trusted technology advisor & consultant in IT infrastructure to the respective stakeholders in the APAC organization. - Performs Change Management primarily for the local organization, keeping a holistic perspective of the entire set of countries. - Manages and supports countries in performing the "last mile integration" for infrastructure services. **WHO YOU ARE**: - At least a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant business experience and leading a team. - Expert knowledge and working experience in ITIL. - Extensive experience in project management. - Vendor management and effective relationship management skills. - Senior expert / Architecture skills and knowledge in several infrastructure areas, especially for networks (LAN & WLAN), Firewalls, and server. - Solid working knowledge of Cloud technology (AWS & Azure), Storage & SAN solutions, VMware ESXi platform, Windows server client OS, AD GPO, VDI, Client & Server HW, AIOps. - Experience in compliance requirements relating to manufacturing environments (ICS, OT) and/or highly regulated GxP environments. - Strong business acumen preferably in the life science and agricultural business. - Strong collaboration and partnering skills and an effective communicator. **Application Period**: - 28 July - 27 August**Reference Code**: - 694744**Division**: - Enabling Functions**Location**: - Singapore : Singapore : Singapore**Functional Area**: - Information Technology**Position Grade**: - VS 2**Employment Type**: - Regular**Work Time**: **Contact Us** **Address** **Telephone** **E-Mail** Bayer (South East Asia) Pte Ltd.
