**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Manage operations and learning administration**
- Invoicing for student enrolment/withdrawal
- Follow up on student payment and escalate cases of non-payment
- Contact student for payment update and monitor till payment received
- Submit Diploma conversion to Admin Team within the stipulated timeline

**Conduct data measurement, analysis and report**
- Identify data sources across the organisation to facilitate data measurement and analysis
- Collect and consolidate data from identified data sources
- Conduct initial data analysis and report findings eg. Student progression and Admin Data
- Compile data analysis reports to present findings & market research
- Prepare timely updates and reports on the performance of programs for every Mid-course Interventions to EOC (End of Courses)
- Consolidate data to monitor take-up and completion rates for the organisation's products and services.

**Manage internal stakeholders - BUs, Students, Pracademics**
- Document stakeholder feedback and queries
- Attend to stakeholder management issues
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide relevant updates
- Prepare documentation for vendor selection processes
- Report to partners such as Academic & Non-Academic on our performance.
- Escalate contractual and performance issues with existing vendors
- Ensure programs are fully compliant with the requirements of partners and relevant external agencies
- Monitor and achieve objectives such as student attrition rates, student satisfaction rates and student progression rates

**Develop marketing plans**
- Support curation of the organisation's marketing content based on defined marketing objectives and strategy
- Liaise with sales & marketing in the creation of the organization’s multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Support the implementation of the organisation's multi-channel marketing campaigns in line with the organisation's marketing objectives and strategy
- Monitor marketing outcomes to track return on investment based on the organisation's marketing and business objectives.

**Supporting Quality Management Measurement**
- Support in setting up audit teams to conduct audits of relevant
- Enforce compliance with EduTrust and ERF requirements
- Assist the Quality Management for the organization’s Policy Manual and Operations Manual
