**Talent Management Associate, City Storage Systems - APAC**

At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

**What you'll do**
- Design the strategy and take ownership of the development, deployment, and ongoing management of one or more learning programs or regional execution.
- Establish, track, and report key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of our initiatives.
- Identify and implement experiences and resources that embody the CSS culture, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coach presenters to ensure their delivery remains consistent, aligning with the global strategy while accommodating local needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to guarantee an employee experience that is both effective and valuable, driving positive outcomes for all.

**What we're looking for**
- 3+ years in talent management, organizational development, or learning and development.
- Prior experience with companies in hospitality, technology, or organizations with multiple business lines is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and solve problems.
- Possesses exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Displays confidence, collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing global startup environment.
