**Job Description**:
+ To provide quality and compliance supervision for the construction of Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary and Plumbing works in accordance with the Project specifications, drawings, applicable and relevant Singapore standards/codes and Building Control Acts and Regulations

+ Whenever necessary to assist the Project Engineer to provide standing supervision for the construction of mechanical and electrical works in accordance to Project specifications, drawings and relevant Building Control Acts and Regulations

+ As and when instructed by the Qualified Person (QP), the Amp Project Manager (PM), or Resident Engineer (RE) assist them to approve any valid overtime requisitions from the Contractor and to assist in the supervision of the works.

+ To assist the QP and PM in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and reviewing record of works, materials, equipment at site, monitoring Contractor's schedules, observe and comply with site safety, and submitting all reports to the PM. Attend all meetings relating to the Project and other duties as directed by the QP and the Project Manager (PM).

+ To assist Resident Engineer (Structural) (RE) in the management of the site office, its cleanliness, proper filing systems, seating arrangement maintaining office security and taking charge of office equipment assigned to the Project.

**Qualifications**:
+ Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

+ Registered RTO with BCA.
