IT Analyst

**Role Overview**:
As our IT Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our tech-driven universe, specializing in Business Solutions and delivery and Application Management and governance. Your mission to manage and optimize our group's ERP system—Oracle NetSuite, making a real impact on our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Understanding Business Priorities**:Analyze company business priorities, requirements, structure, and processes to define the scope for innovative IT solutions.
- **Project Monitoring and Reporting**:Monitor and report on project progress, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure on-time and within-budget deliverables.
- **Knowledge Transfer**: Ensure efficient knowledge transfer to the local support team upon implementation of new solutions.
- **Change Management**:Identify and plan change management activities for implementing approved new or alternative business processes.
- **Issue Resolution**:Ensure the timely resolution of system issues/bugs, maintaining the quality of vendor support through regular assessments.
- **Governance and Process Management**:Establish governance and processes for managing change requests, and manage vendors to ensure timely project deliverables.
- **End User Training**:Facilitate periodic end-user training sessions as necessary.
- **ERP Management (Oracle NetSuite)**:Oversee and manage the group's ERP system, ensuring its optimal functioning and alignment with business goals.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Previous job experience with a similar job scope, specializing in IT/Computer.
- Experience in System / Database Administration or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems.
- A flexible approach to working practices and excellent prioritization skills.
- Must have proficiency in Oracle NetSuite.
- Experience in ERP optimization would be advantageous.

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
