**DENTAL ADMINISTRATION & OPERATIONS MANAGER | FAMILY FIRST ENVIRONMENT**
Our Client is a successful home-grown Dental Group in Singapore with multiple clinics across the island. They operate a full-fledged range of dental services including being one of the few dental groups that operate their own in-house 3D printing & X-ray and imaging equipment, and Laser Periodontal Cleaning System, to name a few. They pride themselves for having passionate Dentists, Oral Hygienists and Staff who put patients and their families first and foremost.
The work environment is sociable and family oriented with many friendly long staying staff who form the back bone of the company. This role is based in the CBD where the head office is located.
This is a absorbing role looking at both Head Office and Branch Clinic levels. Reporting into the CEO, the Manager is responsible for take care of initiatives including digital transformation, group accounts and working alongside finance & operations across the clinics. The Manager shall also look into staff resourcing, training, supplies, customer service control & lease maintenance. The role is a 5-days work week (alternate Saturday with a weekday off-in-lieu).
We are targeting an Administrative Manager with 5-8 years of relevant track record (ie. office management) with excellent interpersonal skills. The personality to show initiative with a smile in improving processes, and setting up new office systems (ie. finance, HR, etc), is warmly welcomed.
