**What you'll do**:

- Gather and analyse user requirements to propose relevant solutions.
- Maintain and update various documentation (e.g. change documents, functional specifications, user guides) for Application systems.
- Participate in change control process for SAP ISU Application systems to ensure seamless implementation of system changes.
- Participate in all aspects of project implementation, from initiation to roll-out (design, build, testing, end-user training, go-live support, documentation).
- Resolve project issues with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures.

**What you'll need**:

- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or its equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in system design and development.
- Technical knowledge required in SAP-ABAP programming, BAPI, BDC, and user exits.
- Experience in SAP ISU Device Management module in SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA is an added advantage.
- Experience in FIORI configuration and development is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
- Ability to independently handle requirement gathering sessions, prepare functional specifications, and support testing activities for user sign-offs.
