The incumbent is responsible in leading and managing the Procurement, Subcontracting and Logistics work. He/she is required to plan and manage the Department’s organization and procurement process, policy and guidelines.
He/she will also guide and ensure that internal stakeholders are able to comply with the procurement policies, processes as well as managing and coaching the procurement team in executing Request for Quotation, issue orders and logistics related matters.
**Job responsibility**
Procurement (Purchase, Subcontract and Expedite/Logistics)
- Lead the Purchase, Subcontract, Expedite and Logistics work
- Interface with vendors, subcontractors and forwarders and keep the good relationship with.
- Manage and coach the procurement team in executing Request for Quotations, issue orders, expedite and logistics
- Ensures that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
Department Management
- Payment, Contract, Purchase Order and Shipping documents approval
- Implement the Group’s procurement policy, processes and guidelines up-to-date and ensure to comply with.
- Handle and manage Internal/external audit with compliance
- Planning of Department Budget
- Staff internal Training
**Job requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
- More than 20 years’ local and international experiences of procurement
- Knowledge of purchasing, subcontracting and expediting
- Knowledge of import/export regulation and logistics
- Knowledge of procurement activity, compliance, policy etc.
- Team Management skills
- International Travel is required for this role
