**Responsibilities**:

- Tasked to source and purchase electronics components and mechanical parts from reliable supplier that are able to meet required specifications.
- Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing, quantity, delivery terms.
- Prepare comparison of specifications and pricing and counter propose to Engineers for alternative approval.
- Prepare Purchase Orders based on purchase requisition.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding backlog and to expedite urgent materials.
- Work together with Finance Department to resolve any delivery order or invoice issue.
- Work closely with QC department to resolve suppliers’ quality issues.
- Assist with yearly audit ISO9001 & 14001.

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with Excel function such as Sum Product / Conditional formatting / Sort / Filter / vlookup / Pivot and formulas.
- Good communication skill
- Teamwork
