**Job Description**:
General
- Manage ERP inventory system, carry out activities in relation to IFS system or processes that come along as dictated by local or global strategies
- Pro-active interaction with Logistics, Technical and Operations staff.
- While the primary function and responsibility is the Central Store, it is expected that the employee will proactively collaborate and assist Operational Logistics and Technical Resource Centre teams.

Technical
- Work with Service Lines, Technical Support and Project Managers to understand technical equipment requirement for respective business lines
- Must have an active interest of the industry in which Fugro operates and various types of work scopes and service provided.

Quality
- Monitors output of work and compliance to the company management systems.
- Contributes to improvement of the inventory management systems and procedures.
- Ensures that the Central Store complies with Fugro policy, principles and standards and safety procedures
- Assists evaluation contractors and other service providers performance on their delivery or services capabilities etc.
- Acceptable levels of Internal Client satisfaction, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Management
- Ensures that the way of working and the output of the work complies with the company management systems.

IT System Requirement
- Assist implementation of Central Store Inventory system

**JOB & ROLE DESCRIPTION
Responsibility for maintaining a safe, secure and clean environment. (5S System)

Responsibility for central store daily operational activity and ensuring stock requests and demands are executed in a timely manner and stock receipts comply with set criteria

Responsibility for inspection, acceptance of all materials and equipment at the Central Store (Goods in, receipting, storage allocation and goods out)

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining Central Store/Inventory strategy in line with upper hierarchical and functional directions or instructions,

Active involvement with implementation and execution of action plan and KPIs.

Promoting alignment by understanding and communicating (internal) client needs and requirements throughout the organisation.

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Diploma in Logistics or similar formal qualification
- Previous experience as a Warehouse/Stores Specialist
- Good experience and knowledge of inventory control systems
- Experience and knowledge of ERP Systems.
- Experience with MS Office related software.
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable legislation relating to workplace HSSE
- Knowledge and experience of applicable standards and legislation for dangerous goods handling and storage awareness
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Class 3 driving license and forklift license are preferred
