**Position**: Temporary Accounts Assistant - 6 Months Contract

**Salary**: $2,000 - $2,500

**Location**: North

**Working Hours / Days**: 8.30AM - 5.30PM / 9.00AM - 6.00PM (Mon - Fri)

**Responsibilities**:
Arrange verification & approval for invoices
To prepare account coding for all invoices received and petty cash voucher
Supplier statement reconciliation
Ensure AP monthly and yearly closing on time
Ensure accounting system is properly maintained
Conduct bank reconciliation for all banks
Match external & internal supplier invoices with DO, PO or other supporting documents
To prepare payment voucher and issue payment by cheque / TT / Giro / MEPS / Cashier order / fund transfer
Record all payment transactions in cashbook
Input data into system for all transactions
Monitor inter-company balances, conduct contra/payment & send out monthly statement
Issue AP Journals & input into system
Ensure that payment to supplier on time - credit control
Filing of all accounting documents'
Maintain petrol card schedule, apply, cancel, amend petrol card when necessary
Ensure proper follow up from outstanding AP issue
Attend Group periodic stock count
To support Pre and Post Procure to Pay project implementation
Other ad hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of administrative and accounts experience.
Minimum Nitec and above.
Able to commit to OT when required
Meticulous with a flair for details.
