It also helps suppliers to expand their customer base by supporting the internationalization of their products and connecting them with reputable buyers. The platform leverages decentralised technology to enable users to have control and ownership over their data.

Founded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, Trustana is based in Singapore with a hub in China.

**What You'll Do**
- Drive and lead a quantitative-research agenda across early-stage product development, drive product decisions, and build intuition through quantitative analysis, logs analysis, feature experimentation, and behavioural science.
- Drive and enable hypothesis-driven product development, provide guidance for projects, help in identifying needs and gaps, offer consistent measurement, analysis, and reporting across products
- Set the research agenda and strategic initiatives through proactive outreach and advocacy.
- Conduct the end-to-end research process from designing studies to providing product insights.
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, including field observations and interviews, remote and in-person usability studies for existing and future products, also structuring and analysing surveys to evaluate the impacts of product changes and gather insights at scale.
- Inform and participate in product decisions from definition to launch (and after), working at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Product Managers, Researchers, and Designers to overcome challenges, and prioritize user experience research questions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of work experience in a similar role in a user-centric design environment
- Wide range of experience research methods (both qualitative and quantitative) including: remote and in-person moderated usability studies, unmoderated study setup, user interviews, field studies, survey design, competitive research and heuristic evaluation.
- Ability to design and execute end-to-end research projects with little assistance.
- Experience in creating and leveraging user personas.
