**About the role**
- Preparation of consolidated accounts in accordance with IFRS and ensuring the accounts are prepared accurately and timely for reporting to the top management and stakeholders
- Review all subsidiaries management reports, manage monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the financial performance
- Enhance existing consolidation and reporting related processes - Review and control of balance sheet accounts
- To assist in managing treasury and cash management
- Provide support with Group budgetary and planning exercises
- Update, enhance or implement financial policies to strengthen internal controls in order to improve the overall finance operations and effectiveness of the Group
- Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation
- Supervise financial supporting staff on accounting, policies, and procedures
- To lead or provide support in ad-hoc assignments/duties assigned by the Management from time to time

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Finance and Accounting and professional qualification such as ACCA / CPA ICAEW / MICPA or equivalent
- At least 5 years experiences in accounting/auditing plus commercial experience
- Acute attention to detail, highly organized, confident, analytical, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- This is a hands-on role and would fit someone with a can-do attitude, offers solutions with the ability to think ahead in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, and an ability to understand underlying business drivers and provide actionable insights based on your analysis
- Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills
- Self-motivated with high level of integrity, work responsibility & accountability
- Knowledge on tax legislative requirements locally, and in international jurisdictions preferable
- Working hours is about 80-120 hours per month
- Salary is negotiable
